ReplyDeleteRe: the wedge skier, his hips are behind his knees, causing CM to be aft. nevertheless he is able to turn well. I would introduce the parallel traverse to a wedge christie. In the traverse, I would have him hop (will bring his hips over his feet), also 1000 steps in traverse to bring hips over feet and Cm centered over ski. I would also talk about pressing on his toes when turning and keeping pressure on the cuffs of his boots.
What would you do?
